The Garden Room at Mooreland Garden Inn is a stately second-floor room with an inviting king-size mahogany bed topped with soft “Comphy Sheets.” Our B&B lodging is ideally situated for school visits in the Carlisle, PA area. The Garden Room has a view of the Penn State Dickinson School of Law’s Garden and the Dickinson College dorms can be seen.

A comfortable chair and reading light enable you to relax after a busy day exploring Carlisle.  An Internet hardwired desk with several USB ports provides a good workspace during your visit. To accommodate all of your electronics, USB ports can also be found in the bedside alarm clock and in some of the room’s electric outlets. The room includes a cable smart TV with premium channels.

The Garden Room features a newly built private bathroom with glass-enclosed rainwater shower, Turkish towels, and bathrobes. Our signature Mooreland Garden Inn soaps and lotions (made locally) are available for you to try.  Milk and Honey and English Garden are favorites of our guests.

A full freshly made breakfast is included with your reservation. When the temperature is mild, guests enjoy breakfast on the purple porch. Guests have the option of sitting at the kitchen bar, at the formal dining room table or at a small table in front of the fire during chilly weather.  Also included in your reservation are snacks, beverages, and complimentary bottled water.
